In today's fast-paced world, Maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle is essential. Here are some simple and effective exercises for seniors to stay fit at home: Chair Squats: Stand in front of a sturdy chair with feet hip-width apart. Slowly lower your body into a seated position, keeping your weight in your heels. Rise back up to a standing position. Repeat for 10-12 repetitions. Arm Raises: Sit or stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms by your sides. Slowly raise both arms out to the sides, keeping them straight. Lower them back down to your sides. Repeat for 10-12 repetitions. Marching in Place: Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Lift one knee towards your chest while swinging the opposite arm forward.
