As you step forward, place your heel just in front of the toes of your other foot.

Wall Push-Ups:

Stand facing a wall with your arms extended in front of you, shoulder-width apart.

Lean forward and place your palms flat against the wall at chest level.

Slowly bend your elbows, bringing your chest closer to the wall, then push back to the starting position. Repeat for 10-12 repetitions.

Leg Raises:

Sit on a chair with your feet flat on the floor.

Lift one leg straight out in front of you, keeping it parallel to the ground.

Hold for a few seconds, then lower it back down. Repeat with the other leg. Aim for 10-12 repetitions on each leg.
